The David Wright Foundation was founded
in 2005 by David Wright of the New York Mets. The sole purpose and
mission of the foundation is to provide financial support and raise
awareness for those in need and to financially support other charitable
organizations. The foundation pays special attention to Multiple Sclerosis
and children's causes, and maintains its focus on the New York City
and Norfolk, Virginia metropolitan areas.
As many of you all know, I am a HUGE television junkie... after all, something has to fill the programming void baseball leaves from November-March. (And God knows, the Knicks STILL aren't going to be able to do that this year.) While I personally won't be attending Comic Con this year, I know a bunch of my loyal TWS-ers will be going... and boy do I have a contest for you!
The best part of Comic Con, panels and costumes aside, is definitely the swag. Since I can't attend, I'm going to be missing out on all the awesomely free stuff in San Diego. However, I have a proposition for all of you who are going!
I'm offering David Wright/Mets swag to anyone who can bring me back some goodies from the convention. The better the swag you send, the more awesome the gift back I send in return!!!
I will giddily accept anything from the following TV shows: SUPERNATURAL(!!!), Vampire Diaries, Big Bang Theory, Fringe, House, White Collar, Psych, Bones, True Blood, Smallville, or Glee.
*Please note the emphasis on Supernatural, as it is my favorite show and has possibly been classified as my sole addiction. Heaven only knows what would happen if anyone brought me back a Jensen/Jared autograph... and the prizes that would be bestowed!*

Who knows what past Mets giveaways and other random finds I have laying around my house... *hint hint* (And no, I will not pawn off any Daniel Murphy shot glasses on you!)
