Hey guys! My name is Andrew Strauss and I am a die-hard Mets fan. I am Danielle's "Mets Partner in Crime" and have accompanied her on many Met adventures. Whether its driving an hour to Mets at the Movies or jumping rows of seats at Shea for Moises Alou's autograph, we've seen it all.

So a little about me. I am 18 and live in Marlboro, NJ. I currently go to Embry Riddle in Daytona Beach, FL. Majoring in Aeronautical Science, which is just a fancy way to say Commercial Pilot.

I live and die with this team every year. They affect my moods and my day. They have disappointed me the last two years, but I'll be back for next season. The Mets are my summer family.

Danielle and I have spent countless hours debating baseball. I am typically the voice of reason and bring Danielle back down to Earth. The Mets are my drug. I love watching every game and I love the sport.

We are now in the offseason. The trade rumors are flying. The offseason is a pretty exciting time. The Mets, hopefully, will receive upgrades at major positions.

I'll leave you with my wish list for Omar, in order of importance.

1- BULLPEN!!!!---- Sign Fuentes

2- Starting Rotation- Sign a 4th or 5th starter to replace Pedro and sign a veteran to replace Ollie Perez

3- Orlando Hudson--- Luis Castillo cannot be the 2nd baseman next year. Omar must find a deal or simply release Castillo, the guy stinks. He has to go out and get Hudson, who says that he wants to be a Met.

Hopefully Omar gets these things done. I'll write next week with an update on offseason moves. The Hot Stove is warming up!

UPDATE: Matt Holliday has been traded to the Oakland A's. This is great news! Rumors had Holliday going to the Phillies.
